Horvan Edu Coaching: coaching institute management appYour centre.Your app.Your rules.

Horvan Edu Coaching is a white-label app that runs a coaching institute in India: admissions, attendance, marks, ranks, a question bank, online exams, live classes and chat. It is for NEET, JEE, CUET and Foundation centres. The office, teachers, students and parents use it on their phones, in English or Tamil (student and parent screens), under your name and on your domain. It is a working preview today.

Horvans™ is the company. Horvan Edu is its education division. Horvan Edu Coaching is the product. Horvan Meet, Chat, Examy and Classic are the parts it is built from.

Running a coaching centre is easy… said no one. Ever.

Attendance on paper. Marks in Excel. Fees in a notebook. And forty parents asking, “Sir, marks eppo varum?”

Meet Horvan Edu Coaching — one app for your whole centre. Office, teachers, students, parents. All on the same page. Literally.

Every morning it tells you what actually needs you. New admission? Five short steps, login created, slip printed. Fees, dues, enquiries — the follow-ups chase themselves.

Teachers mark attendance in under a minute. Marks go in at typing speed. One question bank — tag a question for NEET, JEE and boards at once — and the paper builder checks the blueprint before you print.

Students get Today's 10 — ten questions from their own mistakes, with a streak they don't want to break. A real NEET-style exam screen. An analysis that shows exactly where the marks leaked. And a mistake book that won't let mistakes repeat. Rude, but effective.

Parents see results, attendance and fees — in Tamil or English, every child on one login. No more “Sir, marks eppo?” Well… fewer.

Teach live, record the class, and attendance marks itself. Students chat with teachers — safely, visible to the office. And online tests come with anti-cheat: full screen, whole-screen sharing, tab-switch alerts. Switch tabs once — warning. Twice — warning. Third time? Submitted.

Not a paper-and-pen person? Glass. Minimal. Comic book, if you're feeling brave. Same app, your look — your logo, your colours, your domain. Your students will think you built it. We won't tell.

And it's made for phones first — your own app icon on every student's home screen.

Run it on our cloud, or on your own server. Either way, updates arrive signed and install in one click — or automatically, overnight. Every copy checks its licence each session, so your app stays yours… and pirates stay sad.

Either way the app is yours to run: same features, same updates.

On Horvans cloud

  • A web address on our domain, or your own custom domain
  • We run the servers, backups and updates
  • Your app icon and name on every phone

On your own server

  • Installed on hosting you already own
  • Updates arrive signed and install in one click (automatic installs come with the self-hosted installer, which is being built)
  • Licensed to your domain
Updates page: installed version 2.0.0, latest 2.1.0 signed and checked, with what's new and automatic update settings (demo app, sample data).
Every update is signed by Horvan Edu; the app checks the signature and every file before installing.

Each copy checks its signed licence every session. Real enforcement happens on our servers too, because a check in the browser alone can be edited out.

What is Horvan Edu Coaching?

Horvan Edu Coaching is one app that runs a whole coaching centre: the office, teachers, students and parents. It covers admissions, batches, attendance, marks, ranks, a question bank, online tests, live classes, chat, books and fees. It works on phones, in English or Tamil, under your centre's own name and web address.

Is Horvan Edu Coaching ready to use today?

Not fully yet. Today it is a working preview with sample data. Every screen and workflow in the demo app is real and clickable, but the production server is still being built. On a demo call we will tell you exactly what is live, what is next, and when your centre could start.

Is any centre using it?

One NEET academy is the first academy on the platform. Everything you see on this site uses a separate demo academy with made-up students, so no real student's data is shown.

How much does Horvan Edu Coaching cost?

We have not published prices yet. The price depends on how many students you have and where you host the app. Call +91 99437 08347 to book a 30-minute demo call. We will show you the app and then give you a written quote for your centre.

Which courses and exams does it suit?

It was built for NEET, JEE, CUET and Foundation coaching. It has mock tests out of 720, ranks, an NTA-style exam screen and a question bank tagged by target exam. One question can be tagged for NEET, JEE Main and board exams at once. Integrated batches with partner schools are supported too.

How big is the question bank?

As of 6 October 2026, the shared bank holds 3,69,653 questions from open datasets, third-party sets and official previous-year papers. Teachers search by class, subject, chapter, topic, difficulty and target exam, and every question shows its source and licence. Your centre's own questions stay on a separate tab and are never mixed into the shared bank.

Will our students see the Horvans name?

No. Students and parents see your centre's name, logo, colours and app icon. You can choose a theme such as Paper & Ink, Glass, Minimal or Comic. The modules inside the app are white-label and never show our name, so the app looks and feels like your centre's own.

Can we run it on our own server?

Yes. You can use Horvans cloud, on our web address or your own domain, or install it on hosting you already own. A self-hosted copy is licensed to your domain and gets signed updates that you install in one click; automatic installs come with the self-hosted installer, which is being built. You can also start on our cloud and move later.

Is the app available in Tamil?

Yes, for students and parents. Their screens for results, rank, attendance and fees switch between Tamil and English with one tap, and one parent login shows every child at the centre. Office and teacher screens are in English today. Other Indian languages are not available yet.

Can online tests really stop cheating?

They stop the common tricks a browser can see: switching tabs, leaving full screen, copying and a second monitor. Students get two warnings, then the test submits itself, and the proctor watches live. No browser can see a second phone or another person in the room, and the proctor screen says so.

Does it have live classes?

Yes. Teachers start a live class from their timetable, with a waiting room, raised hands and recording. Attendance marks itself from who joined and for how long. Video runs on the Jitsi Meet platform today, and full own-brand video comes later. Recording happens in the teacher's browser, and students are told.

What devices do we need?

Phones and a web browser. Students and parents can add the app to their home screen, with your centre's icon. Office staff can work at a desk computer. For live classes and proctored tests, a laptop or desktop with Chrome or Edge works best.
