Horvan Update — signed updates, every file checked
Horvan Update is the update system of Horvan Edu Coaching, the coaching centre app from Horvan Edu (a Horvans™ company). Updates arrive signed and every file is checked before install.
What it does
- A signed manifest per release with every file's SHA-256
- Checks the signature, then every downloaded file, before installing
- One-click install, or automatic install in a time window (comes with the self-hosted installer, which is being built)
- Release notes and channels (stable / beta)
Who it's for
Centres running their own copy of the app.
