Already have a centre? Payments, invoices and receipts are under Billing in your centre's admin panel: sign in to your centre.
GST at 18% is added to these prices.
Teachers and administrators are never billed. Payments by UPI, cards and net banking through Cashfree.
Questions about billing
How are active students counted?
A student is active while their record in your centre is marked active. Students you mark as having left, and records held back because a guardian's consent is missing, are not counted. Teachers and administrators are not billed.
Each monthly payment is based on the highest number of active students on any day in the previous 30 days. Horvans records that number once a day.
What if I pay early or upgrade from the trial?
Paying before the current period ends never loses days: the new 30 days start when the current period ends. When you pay during the trial, the paid period starts at the end of the trial and the trial limits are lifted at once.
What happens if a payment is missed?
- For 7 days after the paid period (or the trial) ends you keep full use.
- After that the centre becomes read-only: you can see and export everything but not change it.
- From day 30 after the end it is suspended: you can still export your data. Paying at any point restores full use.

Can we run it on our own server?
Yes. The self-hosted edition is the same app, licensed to your domain for a set number of students and teachers and a set period. Horvans issues the licence and the release package; you install it on PHP hosting you control. There is no fixed public price yet: ask us or call +91 99437 08347 for a quote. How are payments processed?
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Card, UPI and bank details are entered in Cashfree's payment window; Horvans does not see or store them.
