Who we are
Horvans makes the software a coaching centre runs on, builds websites and custom software for others, and keeps all of it behind one account.
Horvans™ is the company. Horvan Edu is its education division. Horvan Edu Coaching is the product. Horvan Meet, Chat, Examy and Classic are the parts it is built from.
Started in 2025 in Chennai by Aarav.

One app for a whole coaching centre: admissions, batches, attendance, marks and ranks, a question bank with a paper builder, NTA-style online tests, live classes, chat, books, fees and enquiries. The office, teachers, students and parents use it on their phones, in English or Tamil, under the centre's own name.

What is Horvans?
Horvans is a software company. It runs Horvan Edu (its education division), four public tools (Meet, Chat, Classic and Examy), and two studios: Builders for websites and Monarch for custom software. Each one works under its own name.
What is Horvan Edu Coaching?
Horvan Edu Coaching is one app for a whole coaching centre. It covers admissions, batches, attendance, marks and ranks, a question bank with a paper builder, NTA-style online tests with proctoring, live classes, chat, books and fees. It is made by Horvan Edu, the education division of Horvans.
Who uses Horvan Edu Coaching?
Office staff, teachers, students, parents and partner schools. Each person sees only their own part, on their phone, in English or Tamil.
Can my coaching centre use its own name and logo?
Yes. The app is white-label. It shows your centre's name, logo, colours, theme and domain. Horvans stays in the background.
Where does the app run?
On the Horvans cloud, or on your centre's own server. Installs on your own server get signed updates and a signed licence.
Is Horvan Edu Coaching ready to use today?
It is a working preview with sample data. You can open the demo app and try the screens yourself. Call us to ask about using it for your centre.
What are the Horvan tools, and how do I sign in?
Meet (video rooms with one link), Chat (messages and groups), Classic (docs, sheets, slides and PDF in the browser) and Examy (multiple-choice tests shared with a link). All four are previews. They are free to use with a Horvans account, which is your Google account. Each tool page lists its limits. Google sign-in is being set up now.
