Horvans Tools are four free tools that run in your web browser: Horvan Meet for video meetings, Horvan Chat for messages and groups, Horvan Classic for documents, sheets, slides and PDF, and Horvan Examy for multiple-choice tests. They are free and in beta. You use them with one Horvans account, made by signing in with Google.

Sign in with Google (being set up)
Your Horvans account is made the first time you sign in. We keep your name, e-mail and profile photo — nothing else from Google.
Confirm your age
Once, at the start. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian has to agree before you use the tools.
Open any tool
The same account works in all four. Export everything, or delete your account, from your account page at any time.

Examy can use your camera or screen only if the test’s creator turns it on, and nothing from them is uploaded.

What are Horvans tools?

Are Horvans tools free?
Yes. All four tools are free to use with a Horvans account, and there are no ads. Each tool has limits, said plainly on its page. For example, Meet calls on the free Jitsi server end after about 5 minutes.
How do I sign in to Horvans tools?
You sign in with Google. Your Horvans account is made the first time you sign in, and the same account opens Meet, Chat, Classic and Examy. There is no Horvans password. Google sign-in is still being set up. Until it is ready, nobody can sign in and no account is made.
What data does Horvans keep from my Google account?
Only your name, e-mail address and profile photo. Nothing else from Google. Horvans also keeps what you create in the tools. There is no advertising, no analytics cookies and no selling of data. The full privacy notice is a draft that is still being reviewed.
Can students under 18 use Horvans tools?
Only with a parent or guardian's agreement. On your first sign-in you say your age. If you are under 18, you must confirm that your parent or guardian has read the privacy notice and agrees to you using Horvans.
