Fees & receipts

Not set upParents pay fees from their phone through your academy’s own Cashfree account. The money is settled by Cashfree straight to your bank account; Hovarns never handles it. Your keys are stored encrypted on the server and are never shown again after you save them.
How to set it up — step by step · படிப்படியாக
- Create a Cashfree merchant account at cashfree.com (Sign up → Payment Gateway).
cashfree.com-ல் வணிகக் கணக்கு தொடங்குங்கள். - Complete KYC: PAN, the academy’s bank account and a business proof (for example GST certificate, Udyam or shop licence).
KYC முடிக்கவும்: PAN, வங்கிக் கணக்கு, வணிகச் சான்று. - Wait for activation. Cashfree checks the documents; you can do the test steps meanwhile.
கணக்கு செயல்படும் வரை காத்திருக்கவும். - In the Cashfree dashboard open Developers → API Keys and generate Test keys first.
Developers → API Keys-ல் முதலில் Test keys உருவாக்கவும். - Copy the App ID and the Secret Key.
App ID, Secret Key இரண்டையும் நகலெடுக்கவும். - Paste them below, choose Test and press Save.
கீழே ஒட்டி, Test தேர்வு செய்து சேமிக்கவும். - Press Test connection. It must say “Connected”.
“Test connection” அழுத்தி இணைப்பைச் சோதிக்கவும். - Turn on Accept online payments and make a ₹1 test payment from a parent account (Parent → Fees → Pay now).
பெற்றோர் கணக்கிலிருந்து ₹1 சோதனைக் கட்டணம் செலுத்திப் பாருங்கள். - Once Cashfree approves your KYC, generate Production keys (Developers → API Keys → Production).
KYC ஒப்புதல் கிடைத்ததும் Production keys உருவாக்கவும். - Paste the Production keys, switch to Live, Save and Test connection again.
Live-க்கு மாற்றி, சேமித்து மீண்டும் சோதிக்கவும். - In Cashfree open Developers → Webhooks and add this webhook URL, so payments are confirmed even if a parent closes the page:
